Shipping and delivery

When you shop on our website, your order will be sent no later than the following day, which means that your package will be shipped today or the next work day. 

All our products are sent to you directly from Sweden. 

Delivery time within Sweden is usually 1-3 business days.

Your order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to your specified e-mail address.

 

SMS notification

If you enter your mobile number when ordering, you will receive a text message telling you when you can pick up your package. This way you may be able to pick up your delivery faster.

 

Failed delivery

It is important that you provide the correct shipping address as a customer. If for any reason we receive a package that has not been collected and returns to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 500 SEK, regardless of purchase price, to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping.

 

Jelories can not guarantee that your orders are available the day after we have shipped the order, as any delays at PostNord are a factor we can not influence.

Shipping fee within Sweden: 39 SEK

Free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK (Sweden only)

 

International shipping

Delivery time varies depending on the country to which the order is shipped

Shipping cost for orders in EU countries outside Sweden: 120 SEK
