RETURNS

You will always be entitled to return within 14 days of receipt of your goods, even if the package has been opened, but it requires that the product has not been used and returned in well-maintained condition, all according to the distance contract.

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will refund your money back to the account you specified within 15 days. Get in touch with us and we will help you.

Submitted in your return must be your name, address, order number and information on how we can refund your money. Simplestly, use the packing slip you received in the delivery, where you simply fill in this information and send it in return.

Please note that we do not accept Cash on delivery (COD) on return, so you can not return your goods in these ways because they will not be redeemed, your return will not be accepted.

Please note that unpicked shipping does NOT apply as a return or refunded purchase - you must always pick up an ordered package, and then return it.


PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

You have full replacement of our goods within 30 days of receipt of the product, even if the package has been opened, but it requires that it has not been used and returned in well-maintained condition. When replacing products, you will be responsible for all return costs, such as shipping.

For easier handling, fill in the packing slip you received with the delivery and return it with the replacement.

Included in the shipment will also be returned shipping so that we can send your new item to you.

Jelories follows the consumer purchasing rights.


This warranty does not apply to:

Accident event after you have received the goods

Abnormal use of the product

If you have not followed the maintenance and service instructions.


COMPLAINTS

If a product is damaged when you open the package, you must make a complaint to us, we will replace appropriately, either by a new equivalent product or the money back. You as a customer also do not have any shipping costs associated with this. In case of complaint please contact us by email info@jelories.com and state that there is a complaint in the subject line of the e-mail and we will help you to return the product in the best possible way.
